Program Overview

The IEC Dallas Electrical Apprenticeship Program is a four-year, nationally recognized training program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor. Apprentices receive both classroom and hands-on instruction designed by electrical contractors to reflect industry needs and technological advancements. This program prepares students for a long-term career in the electrical construction industry through progressive skill-building, structured coursework, and paid on-the-job training.

Hands-On Training

Apprentices gain real-world field experience and technical instruction, including:

Compensation & Benefits

The apprenticeship offers starting pay between $17.47 and $27.00 per hour, increasing as apprentices progress through the program.
