Redeemers Group, Inc. is hiring a General Laborer / Production Apprentice to join its growing field team based in Memphis, Tennessee. No prior construction experience is required. As a General Laborer / Production Apprentice, you will work as part of a crew that travels to residential job sites to install high-quality specialty repair solutions. These projects focus on solving serious home issues such as foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, and concrete leveling. Your work will directly impact homeowners by improving the safety, stability, and long-term value of their homes. This role combines physical work, teamwork, and customer interaction, offering a balanced introduction to the construction and home services industry.
In addition to hands-on labor, this position emphasizes communication and professionalism. Apprentices are expected to interact respectfully with homeowners, explain work progress when appropriate, and help ensure each customer has a positive and stress-free experience throughout the project. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of specialty home repair systems, including foundation, crawl space, waterproofing, and concrete leveling solutions
- Travel with a crew to residential job sites across West Tennessee, East Arkansas, and North Mississippi
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners during the course of the project
- Load, unload, and handle materials, tools, and equipment safely
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, kneeling, crawling, and working in confined spaces
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in paid training and apprenticeship development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
