Dauenhauer Plumbing Heating Air & Electric is hiring full-time Plumbing Apprentices to support residential and light commercial service work throughout the Louisville, Kentucky area. Service & Technical Training
Plumbing Apprentices assist with plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in both residential and commercial settings. Daily work includes diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of plumbing systems, performing routine service tasks, and supporting licensed plumbers during complex repairs.
Apprentices are trained to properly stage jobs, maintain organized work vehicles, and follow structured service processes that prioritize quality, efficiency, and safety.
Customer Interaction & Professional Development

As apprentices advance, they may assist in mentoring newer team members while continuing to expand their technical capabilities.
Compensation & Schedule
This is a full-time, field-based position with hourly pay typically ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Work is performed on the road at customer locations throughout the service area.

Program Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
