Additional duties include assisting with panel, transformer, and motor terminations under supervision, supporting equipment operation after training, and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with company safety standards.
Work Environment
This role is performed on active construction sites in all weather conditions. Electrician Helpers must be comfortable working at heights, using ladders and lifts, operating hand and power tools, and performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, bending, and overhead work.
