FDTC prepares students for EPA 608 certification, making them job-ready for HVAC technician roles across the region.

The Welding program offers comprehensive training in MIG, TIG, Stick, and flux-core welding, along with metal cutting, fabrication, and blueprint interpretation. Students train in modern welding booths and fabrication labs, learning the skills needed for careers in manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, pipelines, and industrial maintenance. Many graduates pursue advanced certifications to enhance their employability.
