Program Information
The Indiana State Plumbers Association offers a comprehensive apprenticeship program to train individuals in the plumbing trade. Apprentices are taught how to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Training includes the installation of piping, water heaters, fixtures, and appliances, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining plumbing systems. The program also includes courses on plumbing codes, safety practices, and blueprint reading.
Graduates will be equipped to handle a variety of plumbing challenges, making them highly sought after in both residential and commercial sectors.

4-5 years (includes 8,000 hours of on-the-job training)
