Program Information

Minneapolis Community & Technical College (MCTC) offers industry-focused programs in Electrical Construction and Plumbing Technology, designed to prepare students for high-demand careers in the skilled trades. Both programs combine classroom learning with extensive hands-on training in state-of-the-art lab facilities that simulate real jobsite conditions.

The Electrical Construction program teaches students electrical theory, blueprint reading, conduit bending, wiring installation, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
