The Welding Technology program provides an in-depth, competency-based curriculum covering major welding processes including MIG, TIG, Stick, and flux-core welding. Students train in professional welding labs equipped with industry-standard booths, fabrication tools, and metalworking equipment. Coursework includes blueprint reading, metallurgy fundamentals, joint design, material preparation, fabrication techniques, and the safe operation of cutting tools such as oxy-fuel torches and plasma cutters. Students perform complex welds on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, developing the precision required for careers in manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, construction, pipeline work, and metal repair industries. The program also prepares students for AWS certification testing to increase employability.

Snow College’s Automotive Technology program provides comprehensive training in vehicle diagnostics, powertrain systems, electrical systems, steering and suspension, brakes, drivability, heating and cooling systems, and computer-controlled components. Students work with modern diagnostic tools, OEM service information systems, and late-model vehicles that reflect the complexity of today’s automotive industry. The curriculum emphasizes troubleshooting, repair accuracy, maintenance procedures, and safety standards. Students gain experience that prepares them for employment in dealerships, independent repair shops, fleet service centers, or specialty automotive facilities.

The Construction Management program at Snow College equips students with both the practical and administrative skills needed to manage construction projects effectively. Coursework includes construction materials, estimating, project scheduling, blueprint interpretation, site planning, building codes, safety protocols, and construction leadership. Students also participate in hands-on labs that introduce framing, concrete work, finishing, and tool safety. This combination of field training and project management instruction prepares graduates for supervisory and entry-level roles in residential and commercial construction environments. The program provides a strong foundation for students who later choose to pursue apprenticeships or further education in construction management, building technology, or related fields.
