Electrical Apprentice – Orlando, FL

Program Information

All Phases Electrical Contracting is hiring an Electrical Apprentice to work directly alongside a lead electrician on service-based electrical work throughout the greater Orlando area. This role is structured as a ride-along apprenticeship, with apprentices assigned to a service van and exposed to real-world troubleshooting, repairs, remodeling projects, and electrical additions across residential, commercial, and light industrial locations.

All Phases operates as a small, team-based electrical contractor that prioritizes professionalism, accountability, and long-term career growth. Apprentices work closely with experienced electricians and regularly interact with homeowners, contractors, and job-site supervisors, making communication and professionalism essential parts of the role.

Training & Career Path

Apprentices are required to attend electrical trade school two nights per week, with tuition paid by the company. Hands-on field training is combined with classroom instruction to build a strong technical foundation. All Phases places a strong emphasis on developing apprentices internally and prefers to promote from within as team members progress.

This position is designed for individuals who want a long-term future in the electrical trade and within the company, not short-term or temporary work.

Work Schedule & Environment

Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with later finish times depending on daily workload. Apprentices generally work 40–45 hours per week across a five-day schedule. Work is performed on active job sites throughout the Orlando metro area.

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead electricians with troubleshooting electrical issues, performing repairs, completing remodels and additions, and supporting small project installations. Use hand tools and power tools to support electrical work while learning safe job-site practices and trade fundamentals.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional appearance, communicating effectively with clients and contractors, and supporting job-site organization and cleanliness.

Program Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Entry-level electrical experience or trade school exposure preferred
  • Ability to work in residential and commercial environments
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to attend paid trade school two evenings per week

This apprenticeship is ideal for motivated individuals who want hands-on service experience, structured education, and a clear path to advancement within a small, professional electrical contracting team.
