Service Plumbing Training Scope

Apprentices also help perform repairs on existing plumbing systems, gaining exposure to troubleshooting, system evaluation, and corrective work under supervision. Emphasis is placed on accuracy, code compliance, and proper service procedures.
Work Environment & Field Expectations
This is an on-the-road, field-based role that may include overtime, night work, and weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule for 24-hour emergency service coverage. Apprentices are expected to be self-motivated, dependable, and able to adapt to varying jobsite conditions.
Work is performed in active mechanical rooms, commercial facilities, industrial sites, and residential properties. Maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas is a core expectation.
Tools, Training & Advancement
Apprentices are expected to have basic hand tools; however, support is available for acquiring additional tools as needed. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to advance as skills, reliability, and experience increase.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule
