Hands-On Training
Welders gain practical experience in:
- Pipe welding and repair across industrial applications
- TIG welding, pulse welding, and RMD root pass processes
- Welding with positioners and manipulators
- Layout, threading, and preparation of pipe using threading machines
- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down welding equipment
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Program Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States as required by federal law
- Valid government-issued ID and Social Security documentation
- Ability to interpret and follow technical work instructions
- Willingness to learn and work overtime as required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
